Rob Gowing

Pastor of Worship & Administration, Staff Lead

Prior to coming to Chambersburg in 2011, Rob and his wife, Myrna, ministered through music in churches in Toronto, Calgary, and San Diego. They have three adult daughter and four grandchildren. Bethany Odegaard (Saginaw Michigan) is married to Matthew and is the mother of Maddie Mae, Nico, Tyler, and Hunter. Laurelle Brown (Houston) is married to Christian. She sings with the Houston Grand Opera and teaches from her private voice studio. Lynzy (San Diego) works as a Cosmetologist and sings with various San Diego area ministries. Rob has a passion to lead God’s children in musical worship. Whether directing a small ensemble, a church congregation, or a massed event of hundreds, he believes that there is no finer instrument than the human voice and that the voice has no higher calling than the praise of it maker. [email protected]

Adam Meredith

Preaching & Life Groups Pastor

Adam joined Antrim’s staff team in 2016 and is grateful for the opportunity to preach the gospel. He believes that the Word of God works actively in those who believe (1 Th. 2:13) and that the church is meant to be the display of God’s glory and wisdom on earth (Eph. 3:10). Adam graduated from Yale University in 2008 with a degree in Chemistry. Following graduation, he served for 1 year with Campus Crusade for Christ in East Asia. He then taught high school math and science for 2 years before serving as a pastor for 5 years at Five Forks BIC Church. He is currently in the process of receiving a Master of Divinity degree focused in Bible Exposition from Columbia International University in Columbia, South Carolina. Adam and his wife, Danielle, were married in 2009 and live in Quincy, PA. They have 2 sons, Graham (1-9-16) and Davis (6-8-17), and a Bernese Mountain Dog named Coach. [email protected]t

Casey Hurst

Pastor of Congregational Care

Casey joined the staff at Antrim in 2017 after serving as a health care and hospice chaplain for 10 years.  He loves pastoral care, prayer, and is excited to serve a caring congregation to further display and express the love of Christ to those in need – he is fond of saying that the Holy Spirit dwells within believers and that the Spirit often uses human touch, compassion, and service to show that presence powerfully.  Casey grew up in Southern Indiana and graduated from Purdue University in 2003 with a degree in Communication.  He earned his Masters of Divinity from Evangelical Theological Seminary, in Myerstown, PA, in 2009, as well as received specialized training in health and crisis ministry at the Milton S. Hershey Medical Center.  He is happily married to Mindy and they have three children (Ella, Maya, and Carter) who bring them great joy (as well as regular lessons on life and patience). Brent Hey

Director of Youth Ministry

Brent was born and raised in Chambersburg and grew up attending Antrim BIC Church with his family. While attending Pennsylvania College of Technology to pursue a degree in residential construction, he became involved with CRU, a student ministry branch of Campus Crusade for Christ. His personal walk with God and faith in Him was stretched and challenged many times as he learned to trust and rely on Him more and more. After graduating, Brent took a surprising life turn and accepted the position as Youth Director at Antrim BIC. In June 2013, he started working as the part-time, Youth Director. That position became full-time in 2015 as the Youth Ministry grew. Brent enjoys serving God in this capacity. Sarah Layton

Director of Children’s Ministry

Sarah and her husband Todd live in Greencastle with their three children: Logan, Sophia and Alayna. Todd has attended Antrim BIC all of his life and Sarah began attending Antrim when she was in High School. Sarah has a degree in Elementary Education from Penn State University.  She and Todd have both served in Children’s Ministry for over 13 years. In 2009, Sarah became the Children’s Ministry Director. It is her desire that all children at Antrim develop a strong foundation of faith and that every child develops an intimate relationship with the Lord— putting Him first in their life and serving Him with a joyful heart.    [email protected]

Haleigh Regal

Children’s Ministry Assistant

Haleigh was born and raised in Greencastle and she has attended Antrim since the age of six-years-old. She has always had a love for children, even at a young age so she decided to make it a career. During the summer of 2017, she joined our Children’s Ministry Team as a Summer Intern. Upon graduating from Millersville University with degrees in Early Childhood Education and Special Education, Haleigh was hired as our Children’s Ministry Assistant. 

Kim Miller

Facilities Use Manager

Kim grew up in Greencastle – just 1 ½ miles from Antrim. He is 1 of 16 children and lives on the 3.5 acre farm ground where he was raised. Kim and his wife, Bonnie, have been married for 40 plus years and have 2 daughters, Tina & Stacy. Tina is married to Bryan Burkholder. They have 2 children – Laura and Eva. Stacy is married to Brian Britner. They have 3 children – Brody, Kiersten, and Maddie. Kim has attended Antrim his entire life and has been an usher for 40 plus years. His background has been in the snack food business in several managerial positions. He has been Antrim’s Facilities Use Manager since 2014. [email protected]

Tammy Weller

Office Administrator

Tammy grew up in a military family and lived in several places during her childhood. She moved to Greencastle with her family while in high school. She married her husband, Joe, in 1985. They have two children. Their son, Christopher is married to Sabrina and they blessed the Weller’s with two grandchildren, Cole and Addison. Their daughter, Amanda is married to Andy and they blessed the family with a grandson, James. The Weller’s have attended Antrim BIC since 1997. Tammy held the position of Antrim’s Children’s Ministry Director for a couple of years, but mainly worked for over 30 years in banking and marketing. Tammy accepted the Office Administrator position at Antrim in 2013. In addition to managing the office and assisting the Antrim staff, Tammy designs the bulletins, website, and other media sources. Kaitlyn Miller

Office Assistant

Kaitlyn has lived in Franklin County her entire life and she has attended Antrim since she was born. Her parents and grandparents also attend Antrim. Kaitlyn married her husband, Brad, in 2007. They have three children, Ashlinn, Bentley, and Cabella. Kaitlyn has a certificate in Medical Billing and Coding. She started working part time in the office in 2014. Her job centers mainly on recording church attendance. [email protected]

Alex Yoder

Contemporary Worship Leader

Alex joined the staff at Antrim BIC Church in February of 2018 as the new Contemporary Worship Leader. He graduated in 2015 from Messiah College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. There, he was actively involved in the student worship ministry having the opportunity to lead hour long worship services for hundreds of students on a weekly basis. He currently works full time as a marketing coordinator at Martin’s Famous Potato Rolls & Bread and also owns a side freelance graphic design business. He is also an assistant coach for the Greencastle-Antrim Varsity track team. Alex developed a passion for leading worship when he was in high school at Greencastle and noticed that there was a need for a guitarist in his own church youth group. He taught himself how to play on his father’s guitar and later began to lead vocally as well. He served on the praise & worship team at Five Forks BIC for several years and has also had the opportunity to lead for many churches in the south central PA area along with his 3 brothers. He and his wife, Kalli, met at Messiah College in 2011 and were married in August of 2015. They currently reside in Greencastle along with their labradoodle, Tucker. [email protected]

Kevin Boyd

Lead Sound Tech

Amanda Chesnut

Office Assistant Substitute

Amanda has been our Substitute Office Assistant since 2014. She is in the office periodically to cover for vacations or illnesses. Amanda and her husband, Andrew, have both attended Antrim for 16 years. They have been married for four years and have a two year old son, James. Amanda also owns her own dance studio in Shippensburg and currently has approximately 200 students.
