Pastor Tom is responsible to lead and teach the people of Antrim BIC church the importance and value of worship so they can more completely and effectively worship God. Tom plans and coordinates all worship services. He schedules, develops and leads the worship teams and other vocalists/instrumentalists in the church. He oversees the adult choir, the children's' choir, the drama ministry, the banner ministry and any other ministry in the area of worship arts. He also oversees the maintenance of the churches instruments and equipment.

As Children's Ministry Director, Tammy Weller, develops, coordinates, oversees, and staffs all areas of the children's ministry from birth through 6th grade in an effort to guide children into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. She oversees and provides pastoral care for children, ministry volunteers, and parents, and continually prays for them. Tammy supervises the work of the Nursery Director, Karmen Reed, and the nursery program. She establishes goals for the children's ministry; selects curriculum; develops and oversees all programs including Sunday school, Wednesday night clubs, Children's Church, summer programs such as Vacation Bible School, holiday programs, outreach programs that include the Easter Egg Hunt and a fall event, and other various events such as picnics. She is responsible for the recruitment, equipping, training, and encouragement of the children's ministry staff and for working with them as a team to reach the ministry's goals. Tammy develops and works within a budget and ensures that adequate supplies, equipment, and facilities are available. She is responsible for ensuring that the Child Protection Policy and other church policies are upheld. Tammy is responsible for partnering with parents to train and develop children in Christian character. She teaches Children's Church and any other classes when needed. Tammy also assists with other church ministries as needed.

Dwight Myers as our Facilities Director oversees and implements the scheduling, use and care of the church plant. His duties include working with the Property Management Committee as well as the Facilties team to coordinate all the various functions and ministries that occur in the church.
