Welcome
The list of current H.O.M.E. groups can be found under the Deacon Couples page. Each H.O.M.E. group is under coaches that oversee and develop the HOME group leaders.
H.O.M.E. stands for Homes Open for Ministry and Encouragement. They are small groups brought together for sharing and prayer, encouragement, pastoral care, and spiritual growth. We believe that small groups provide the optimal environment for the life-change that Jesus Christ intends for every believer.
Why HOME Groups?
HOME groups are a strategic part of Antrim's vision to reach and disciple the region we serve in Franklin County, PA and surrounding communities and areas. Our desire with H.O.M.E. groups is to see lives transformed by the grace and power of God so that we become fully-devoted followers of Jesus Christ. Thus, they form an integral part of our Discipleship Track.
As a larger, growing church, we believe that we need to become smaller as we get larger! What that means is that we need to multiply and expand our H.O.M.E. groups so that most of the congregation can find involvement and care on a more personal level.
What Can A H.O.M.E. Group Do For You?
- meaningful sharing and prayer support
- true accountability in your walk with God
- intimacy in relationships
- in-depth study of God's Word and how it applies to your specific life-situation
- specialized pastoral care. Your group leader is trained and gifted to provide such care
- a safe place to bring friends seeking to find their way to God
How Do I Join A HOME Group?
If you are new to Antrim Church, we recommend you attend our 4- week "Welcome!" course to learn more about us and our groups. You are invited to become a part of one of our groups at any time, but we would like to help you make that group experience part of your discipleship growth here at Antrim Church.
A full listing of groups is regularly provided and updated at the Visitor Center.
